To avoid service interruption, customers should complete prepaid payments before their plan expiration date. Late payments, incorrect account details, or carrier-side issues may result in service interruption, loss of remaining balance, or loss of mobile number, depending on the carrier’s rules.
3. Payment Processing Services
OnlyMerchantServices provides payment processing assistance for eligible prepaid wireless transactions. We are committed to handling customer payments carefully and securely. Payment services may include:

- Credit card payment processing
- Cash payment support where available
- Transaction submission through the VidaPay portal
- Payment confirmation and receipt support
- Customer support for transaction-status questions
All payments are subject to approval by the payment processor, VidaPay, Roshan Enterprises Inc., the applicable carrier, and any related financial institutions.
